Joann holds a Master’s degree from The Ohio State University in quantitative analysis and measurements. In Ohio, Joann worked as a consultant for the Ohio Department of Education and the Ohio Department of Jobs and Family Services managing state-level projects. She also worked in Atlanta, GA as a Six Sigma Black Belt for a lending institution. Joann will be covering the 7 steps to getting your project or business venture capital.
Private Money Guru – Lisa Donner
Lisa Donner is a national real estate coach and mentor, investor, business owner and entrepreneur. Lisa has been self employed since she was 23 and has started and ran several successful businesses. She has successfully used various and sometimes creative techniques such as using Private Money to fund deals to purchase property subject to, short sales, REOs, seller financing, rehabbing, auctions, wholesales, used FREE government money, lease optioned, and retailed numerous properties to fund, buy and sell real estate. Today she runs a real estate investor coaching and mentoring program and coaches for national real estate investor and trainer Ron LeGrand. Rick and Lisa have shared their story on stage in front of 100′s of people at various real estate investing seminars.
