Rehabbing Real Estate in Fort Myers with Robyn Thompson

We had a great Fort Myers event on rehabbing real estate with the rehab queen Robyn Thompson. Robyn Thompson was absolutely awesome and shared so much with us, then, after the Fort Myers event we went out to the tiki bar and watched her horse come in 2nd in the Breeders cup! What an amazing lady! Her real world experience in rehabbing real estate was so powerful and the attendees loved it!

Tonight I had the pleasure of attending the social media club of southwest florida, you can find more info at Twitter under #smcswfl. It was a good first meeting and a club I think will grow into something really great. There were some great people there and I thought the superstar was Tanya Foxx who does the marketing and PR for Naples Tomato. Her practical, non-theoretical statements toward social media were awesome and I hope any local business owner that was in the room was paying attention. Anywho…I also shot a video with more of my thoughts on the event if you would like to watch it.

Southwest Florida Marketing Company Owner answers the question of how to get more clients

Happy Monday everyone! As the founder of the Forever Wealth Club, runner of multiple masterminds and a Southwest Florida Marketing Company Owner, I get a lot of questions based around marketing. A question I got on Saturday was from a Southwest Florida Masseuse. Her question was how to get more clients. She said her existing clients love her services and keep coming back, she just needs more of them. So I offered a couple suggestions:

1) Come up with theme days or theme-based coupons. Frustrated realtor Fridays or Tax professional Tuesdays may help draw in a specific type of crowd and help her in trying to get referrals. When you give the entire world as possible referrals, most people won’t know who to refer but when you tell them you are doing a waitress Wednesday or something along those lines and then offer an inexpensive trial offer, it narrows it down and gives them some good ideas of who to talk to for you.
2) Creating a social media presence. Offering promos and coupons is perfect for twitter. As a southwest florida twitter guy with over 5,000 followers, I have directly seen the power of coupons and promos.
3) The best kept secret simply means you are not doing the best job of marketing. Get testimonials from your current raving fans, preferably video testimonies. They are powerful and you can use them forever!
